I’m a specialised personal trainer in Queens Park London and I help people to move well for longer. Working with me will help you to become more confident and comfortable in your own body, with long-lasting energy and vitality. If you decide to train with me, the emphasis of our work will be on your health, wellbeing, longevity and sustainability.
I don’t focus on aesthetics at the expense of your long-term health and well-being. Even though a six-pack may be a happy side-effect of our work together, we won’t take any shortcuts that can cause imbalance and damage to your system.
My aim as your personal trainer is guide you, so you can become a master of your own body and movement-strategies, and enjoy a freedom of movement that lasts you a lifetime.
My specialised personal training is ideal for you, if:
We’ll first start with a thorough history and a 90-minute to 2-hour movement assessment. The assessment will look at a full movement analysis: whole body and joint-by-joint.
We then look at balance and coordination, and a neural screen. This is the most robust and comprehensive approach to understanding how your body functions and where we can go from there, leaving no stone unturned.
As everyone is different and has their own particular needs, I’ll devise a package that is tailored for you. Sessions are 1 hour, every week in the beginning and depending on your needs, we can switch to fortnightly.
I recommend booking a block of 6 to 10 sessions to start and ad-hoc sessions can be purchased if you prefer. After your assessment, we will have a clearer picture in determining what you will need and can more accurately advise on the number of sessions needed.
I encourage some environmental exposure and offer outdoor personal training sessions in Queen’s Park – North West London.
If outdoor training is not possible or not suited to your particular situation, then sessions are held in a studio nearby.
Once you have completed your assessment, it is also possible to manage your programme and provide further coaching sessions online via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp.
