The two worlds of mind and body, intersect with this practice. Yes, a practice. This is not a style of training that is linear, it takes on many forms and shapes, and the practitioner will learn, struggle and enlighten themselves along the way.
There is no formula. This practice is self-led and self-solved. It’s a discovery and growth of your body, rather than a forced exercise. When faced with a ‘movement challenge’, it is a powerful reminder of how the mind can restrict one’s own potential.
Allowing for all of you, all of your attributes and all the skills you have, flexibility, mobility, strength and coordination to complete a task. It’s all about learning, listening and understanding. There is an infinite wisdom of the body, that we can tap into and accessing this knowledge through deep practice, self-observation and reflection, is the only way we can move toward ones deepest unconscious mastery of our abilities.
