The world can be an unpredictable place, where we move from one stressed state to the next and without the correct tools or strategies to hand, chronic stress can lead to long term health issues.

The frantic pace at which we move, breathe, think, act or feel. Does not allow for our nervous system to pay attention and learn from these experiences. We have designed an experience where you can do just that – stop, pause, to learn and listen. This is an experience just for you and your body, to experience all of your aliveness!

Somatics and breathwork teaches us how to self regulate in an uncertain world. These tools and strategies help the body hit reset from stressful situations, leaving us empowered to manage and care for ourselves, and others around us.
